Planning a day at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire usually comes with a few important decisions.
What are you wearing? Which shows do you want to catch? How early should you arrive? And somewhere in there: When are we eating?
If you’d rather sit down for a full breakfast before the gates open or grab dinner after a day at the Faire, Brickerville House Restaurant in Lititz is about a 15-minute drive from Mount Hope Estate.
With breakfast, lunch, and dinner served seven days a week, we’re an easy addition to your Faire-day plans, whether you’re making the trip with family, friends, or your whole medieval entourage.
Breakfast Before the PA Renaissance Faire
The Faire gates open at 11 AM on Saturdays and Sundays during the 2026 season, which leaves plenty of time to start your morning with breakfast.
Brickerville House opens at 7 AM on both Saturday and Sunday, so you can fuel up before heading to Manheim without squeezing breakfast into an already busy morning.
Our breakfast menu has plenty of options depending on how hungry you are before a full day of walking the Fairegrounds. Go savory with the 1753 Steak Skillet, loaded with home fries, shaved prime rib, onions, peppers, eggs, and cheddar, or lean into fall with the Pumpkin Cinnabun Pancakes, a seasonal twist on one of our breakfast favorites. If neither is calling your name, there are plenty of other ways to fuel up before you hit the road.
And yes, there’s coffee. You’ll probably appreciate that part later.

Dinner After a Day at the Faire
A full day at the Faire can work up an appetite.
If you’re heading out before the final festivities, make the drive back toward Lititz and settle in for dinner at Brickerville House. After hours on your feet, something a little more substantial might sound pretty good.
Try the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Melt served with au jus, BBQ Baby Back Ribs with your choice of two sides, or a Charbroiled Delmonico. Or go in a different direction with the Brickerville House Cuban Wrap, made with pork BBQ, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and coleslaw.
Coming back with a group that wants to share something first? Start with a Crab Pretzel Melt, fresh wings, or loaded Brickerville Fries for the table.
Just keep your timing in mind. Brickerville House is open until 8 PM on Saturdays and 7 PM on Sundays, so dinner with us works best when you’re leaving the Faire earlier rather than staying through its 8 PM closing time.

Bringing the Kids Along?
If you’re bringing younger Faire-goers along for the day, Brickerville House has them covered, too.
Our dedicated kids menu includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices sized for younger appetites, because convincing a tired kid to try something new at the end of a busy Faire day might be one adventure too many.
Have Some Extra Time? Explore Bricker Village
Your meal doesn’t have to be the only stop you make while you’re here.
Brickerville House sits at the center of Bricker Village, a collection of locally owned specialty shops. Browse antiques, artwork, home decor, handmade chocolates, gifts, and more before getting back on the road.
It works especially well if you’re stopping for breakfast and have a little extra time before heading to Mount Hope.
Of course, you can also eat and head straight for the Faire. The knights aren’t going to wait for you.

Make Brickerville House Part of Your Faire Day
There’s plenty to plan when you’re headed to the Faire, but where to eat doesn’t have to be complicated.
Start the morning around the table before the costumes, shows, and festivities begin, or settle in for a well-earned dinner when you’re ready to call it a day.
However you work Brickerville House into your plans, come hungry. We’ll take care of the rest.
