Fall in Lancaster County has a way of filling up the calendar quickly.
One weekend you’re picking out pumpkins. The next you’re wandering through a corn maze, browsing an outdoor art show, or spending an afternoon at a local farm festival. And around Lititz and Manheim, you don’t have to travel far to find something worth adding to your plans.
If you’re looking for things to do this fall, we’ve rounded up several local favorites and 2026 events near Brickerville House Restaurant. From farms and orchards to community traditions and a slightly spooky night in Lititz, there’s plenty happening close by.
Keep It Local at Elizabeth Farms
Just up the road from Brickerville House, Elizabeth Farms is one of the closest places to add a little farm time to your fall plans.
The historic 150-acre property on Hopeland Road offers a corn maze and pumpkin patch among its fall activities. The family-owned farm is also home to Scottish Highland cattle, lambs, and its Ag Junkyard playground.
For anyone starting or ending the day at Brickerville House, this one is especially easy to work into the itinerary. Sometimes the best outing is the one that doesn’t require spending half the day in the car.
Take on the Corn Maze at Oregon Dairy
For the full corn-maze-and-pumpkin-patch treatment, head to the Farmstead at Oregon Dairy in Lititz.
Its 2026 Fall Family Fun season runs on weekends from September 12 through October 31. The centerpiece is a roughly 12-acre corn maze, but admission also includes a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, barrel train rides, a jump pad, pedal tractors and trikes, and plenty of farm games.
Regular fall hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 10 PM and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM, with special hours on select dates. General admission at the gate is $15 for ages 3-64 and $13 for ages 65 and older, with children 2 and under admitted free. Friday admission from 10 AM to 4 PM is $8 per person for ages 3 and up.
If you’ve ever confidently entered a corn maze saying, “How hard can this be?” this is your chance to test that theory.

Pick Up the Flavors of Fall at a Local Orchard
Not every stop needs an admission ticket or an entire afternoon.
Edgewood Farms Orchard & Farm Market sits along Route 322 in Lititz and offers an easy way to bring some Lancaster County flavor home with you. The family-run orchard grows numerous varieties of apples along with other seasonal fruit and produce, making this an especially good time of year to stop by the farm market.
It’s a simple stop to work into the day when you want something seasonal without committing to another full attraction. Stop for apples and fresh produce, then keep the rest of the day moving.
Because frankly, coming home from a Lancaster County fall day without at least one bag of apples feels like poor planning.
Spend a Fall Saturday at Bricker Village
You don’t even have to leave the property for one of the area’s annual fall traditions.
The 21st Annual Bricker Village Fall Fest takes place on Saturday, October 10, from 10 AM to 2 PM. This year’s event brings together live music, a pumpkin patch, horseback rides, animals, face painting, hands-on activities, a seasonal flower bar, locally made treats, and a curated group of guest artisans.
Kids can meet a Highland cow and miniature donkey, pick out a pumpkin, or get creative with seasonal activities while adults browse the shops, meet local makers, and enjoy live music throughout the Village. Horse rides are available by donation, weather permitting.
And because Brickerville House is right at the center of it all, you can make breakfast or lunch at the restaurant part of your Fall Fest plans without going anywhere else.

See Lititz’s Outdoor Fine Art Show in Its New Season
A longtime Lititz tradition is getting an autumn update in 2026.
The Lititz Outdoor Fine Art Show moves from summer to fall this year, taking place Saturday, October 3, from 9 AM to 5 PM at Moravian Church Square. The event showcases original artwork and high-quality reproductions from artists working across a variety of mediums, from painting and drawing to ceramics, sculpture, and mixed media.
It’s a nice change of pace if your idea of a fall Saturday involves browsing artwork outdoors rather than finding your way out of a cornfield.
Experience a Lancaster County Farm Show Tradition
For something rooted a little more deeply in Lancaster County agriculture, the Manheim Community Farm Show returns October 5-9, 2026.
Now in its 72nd year, the Farm Show brings the community together around agriculture, crafts, competition, youth livestock projects, and plenty of food. Admission and parking are free throughout all five days.
Unlike some of the other stops on this list, the Farm Show is centered on Lancaster County’s agricultural community, making it a different kind of addition to your October calendar.

Add a Little History to Halloween
If your fall plans lean more spooky than pumpkin-spiced, save October 24 for the Lititz Departed Spirits Tour.
During the guided evening tour, costumed docents lead visitors through the Lititz Moravian Church property, where historical characters tell stories connected to Lititz’s past. Stops include a former Revolutionary War hospital, an 18th-century corpse house, and other sites connected to local history with appropriately eerie stories of their own. Tours run from 5 PM to 8:15 PM.
One practical note: several flights of stairs are part of the tour, so keep that in mind when planning your visit.

Make a Day of It
With so much happening around Lititz and Manheim, it’s easy to build a full day around whatever sounds good to you.
Start with breakfast at Brickerville House before heading out, or make dinner your last stop after an afternoon of fall activities. Either way, you’ll have a comfortable place to sit down, refuel, and talk about who actually got everyone lost in the corn maze.
And if you’re joining us during the season, be sure to see what’s new on our menu. Fall at Brickerville House brings its own seasonal flavors, from pumpkin breakfast favorites to drinks and desserts made for cooler weather.
However you build your day, there’s plenty happening close to home this fall.
