W/ Two Eggs (any style) homefries & toast (Corn Beef boiled for over two hours with our special seasoning then taken out rubbed down w/ our own spiced brown sugar mixture and baked an additional 1/2 hour. we then shred the corn Beef and add a mixture of seasonings, fresh chopped potatoes,onions,and peppers. Lastly we grill it!)
